How Ordering Works at PROPEPTIDE.CLUB
From browser cart to order status: delivery details, shipping before submission, manual Wise payment, and verification.
Add products, then calculate shipping
Browse the catalog by product type or search by name and listed amount. Add products to your browser cart. At checkout, enter delivery details and calculate a rate-only shipping amount before you submit an order request.
The checkout summary shows merchandise, shipping, and the total due before submission. Calculating shipping does not take payment, create a shipping label, or confirm an order.
Submit a request, then receive payment details
After you submit an order request, a team member reviews it. If it can move forward, the team manually emails a Wise payment link with the exact total and order reference.
Payment is not collected on the website. Payment is manually verified before fulfillment is released.
Check your order status
After payment verification, orders are generally released for fulfillment within 48 business hours. UPS is preferred when an appropriate tracked service is available, but carrier choice and delivery timing depend on the order and carrier availability.
Tracking is sent to the order email when available and shown in the customer account when recorded. Use the single-use account link to review customer-facing order status.
